Q.  How much is shipping, and what is the method?
A.  Domestic (USA) shipping, including APO type addresses, is $5.  International shipping is $12.   We use Priority Mail for domestic shipping.  On May 14, 2007 the US postal system discontinued Global Priority mail service.  International shipping will now be Priority Mail, where available.   If there is a need for quicker service, please contact us for special handling.
Q.  I live in Australia.  Will the Cebuano DVD work for me?
A.  The DVD is created in the NTSC (US, Canada, & Japan) video format.  This is not compatible with the PAL format used in many other places in the world, such as Europe.  Some PAL DVD players are also compatible with the NTSC format, but you should verify with the manufacturer or knowledgable person before ordering.  Unless you know for sure it will work in a system not designed for USA operations, you should not order the DVD.
We create the DVDs with no region code (region code = 0).   This removes the region code restrictions of the DVD.
Q. Is the language software designed for the beginner?
A.  The language software is appropriate for a beginner of the Philippine languages.  It includes basic words and phrases that can be used by a beginner or tourist to the Philippines.  The Help section provides basic guidelines for the language.

Q.  I have an iPod.  Will the MP3 files work for me?
A.  Since these are standard MP3 files, they are compatible with any MP3 player.  With the Apple iPod, you will probably need to use iTunes to move the files to your iPod.  Most other MP3 players will let you drag and drop the files from a folder on your PC to the portable MP3 device.
Q.  What size memory stick do I need for my Sony PSP?
A.  The Cebuano video files for the PSP take up about 325 meg. of storage.  Memory Sticks can be purchased in various sizes, including 512 Meg, 1 Gig, and 2 Gig memory.   Other information can be stored on these memory cards, such as full length movies, saved game data, MP3 songs, photos, etc.
Q.  Can you record your own voice?
A.  Yes, in the language section, there is the ability to record your own voice for comparison to a native Filipino speaker.
